Kicking Horse is operated by the CS&KT, through a contract with the U.S. Dept. of Labor. Kicking Horse Job Corps is a free career and technical training program for young people ages 16-24 years old who qualify. Kicking Horse offers seven different trades and room and board and basic medical care. Students also have the opportunity to earn a high school diploma or the equivalent. Kicking Horse is one of 125 centers in the United States. In 2014, Job Corps celebrated its 50th Anniversary nationwide.
